Shipping policy

We work to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 3 business days for processing. Orders received after 12PM (EST) will take an additional business day to process. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, with tracking information. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please double check your shipping address and shipping speed. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We encourage customers to purchase Route Package Protection at checkout, as it provides an added layer of security in the event a shipment is lost or stolen.

Please note that, without Route Package Protection, customers are responsible for submitting any loss or theft claims directly to the respective carrier (UPS, USPS, or DHL). Parallelle is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen once they are in possession of the carrier.

Shipping Options

For our clients’ convenience, our store is linked directly to UPS and DHL, they calculate the cost and estimated delivery dependent on the date/time of the order and shipping address.
