Returns
We accept returns for up to 30 days upon delivery. All returned items must be clean, unused, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse return if the product has been used and/or is dirty.
International orders (outside of the U.S.) are not eligible for returns and are final sale.
How do I start a return?
To request a return please press "Start A Return" in the "Shipping and Returns" section of the footer of any page. Once a return is requested, a return label will be sent to you. Returned packages must be postmarked within two weeks of return label issue date.
How do I return my order?
Please ensure that returned items are packaged carefully and thoughtfully to avoid being damaged on their journey back to us. Thank you.
Bags should be clean, unused, and come with it's original packaging.
Can I return an international order?
We are not able to accept returns from international addresses.
All international orders are final sale.
Refunds
For products that are received damaged, please reach out to [email protected]. Please note that approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Returned items will not have the initial shipping cost refunded. A restocking fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund. Returns can be refunded to the original payment method or as store credit (the $10 restocking fee will be exempt in this case).
I haven't seen my refund after 10 Days.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days after the date your package has entered the mail system , please email [email protected].
Does your warranty grant refunds?
If your purchase falls outside our 30 day return window, it will be covered under our 1 year warranty. During the warranty period, you are eligible for a replacement. Refunds to your original form of payment are not available after 30 days.
