Karsun Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Parallelle is a family-owned business committed to making our website’s content accessible and user-friendly to the widest possible audience.  We are continually improving accessibility and usability and strive to maximize access for everyone.

Measures to support accessibility

Parallelle understands that digital accessibility is an ongoing responsibility.  Parallelle has implemented the following measures to ensure its website remains accessible to users:

  • Included accessibility as part of Parallelle’s mission and policies.
  • Published our accessibility policy on our website.
  • Provide a customer support option for assistance purchasing our products and for reporting any concerns with website accessibility.
  • Conduct periodic testing of our website with assistive technology such as screen readers and screen magnifiers.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website.  Despite
our efforts, it is possible that there will still be pages or sections that are
not perfect and we make no guarantees that our websites and mobile apps adhere to any set guidelines or standards.  Our efforts are ongoing, and we continually monitor and improve accessibility.  Please let us know if you would like assistance with a purchase, encounter an accessibility issue, discover a malfunction, find it difficult to navigate the content of our website, or if you have ideas for improvement.  We will make all reasonable efforts to address your concerns and assist you with access.

To report an issue or suggestion, please email care@myparallelle.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line and include a description of the concern.

We take the feedback we receive seriously and will consider it as we
evaluate ways to accommodate our customers and our overall accessibility
policies. We try to respond to feedback within 5 business days. 

 Additionally, while we do not
control third-party vendors, we strongly encourage vendors of third-party
digital content to provide content that is accessible and user friendly.
