It’s been years trying to find the ultimate makeup bag to fit my high expectations of what a bag or case should do. I bought a few on Amazon that had good ratings but found them disappointing. I’ve used the Trish McEvoy planners over the years but found them cumbersome. I recently bought a Beis case and was disappointed with its lack of compartments and tight pockets. I was then tempted to buy a KUSSHI bag until I compared the specs of this with Parallelle. I am so glad I bought the Parallelle medium case with the matching mirror.
If you are looking for a sturdy, yet flexible case that will put everything in its place, and have your bottles and tubes stand at attention, this is the case. Everything is easy to organize and find. There are plenty of pockets to store everything, and the elastic bands on the side panel opening is genius. If you have more brushes, like me, just store them in the pockets and they stand up and stay up. I had one item that was a little too long and that was the Tom Ford liquid eyeliner, but I was still able to zip it up. I placed it in one of the elastic bands with another slim brush and it works fine. This is an awesome bag and the mirror adds a nice accent, both in Bronze, which is a pretty, taupe-y color with a hint of sheen. It’s prettier in person than the computer screen shows.
Unzip the case, fold the two panels down and you can see everything, find everything and get excited to buy more beauty products. Guess I’ll need the bigger bag sometime. The fulfillment was also great. Everything was nestled in its box nicely and there is a dust cover that came with the case. This is an investment that is worth it.
