Lost or Stolen Packages.
We encourage customers to purchase Route Package Protection at checkout, as it provides an added layer of security in the event a shipment is lost or stolen.
Please note that, without Route Package Protection, customers are responsible for submitting any loss or theft claims directly to the respective carrier (UPS, USPS, or DHL). Parallelle is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen once they are in possession of the carrier.
What shipping options do you offer?
For our clients’ convenience, our store is linked directly to UPS and DHL, they calculate the cost and estimated delivery dependent on the date/time of the order and shipping address.

International Shipping
Shipping, duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout.
Customer is responsible for all duties, fees, and taxes.
All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
